Directions

  1. Charge fully before first use. A complete charge takes approximately 110 minutes.
  2. Review the manufacturer instructions included with Velvo before operating or pairing the toy.
  3. Use the onboard controls or connect through the Lovense app to control each stimulation zone and create patterns.
  4. Wash before and after every use with warm water and toy cleaner.
  5. Turn the toy off when not in use and recharge it fully at least once every six months to support battery health.
  6. Store in a clean, dry place; an antimicrobial Toy Tote may be used for storage.

Product Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty from the original purchase date covering manufacturing defects or material issues that affect the product’s functionality. If approved, you may choose a replacement of the original item, when available, or store credit equal to the product purchase price.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect. Disassembling the product or its accessories voids the warranty.
