Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our product line, once a product has been been shipped, it is considered used. Used item are non-returnable. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and staff. We do not take returns.

Product Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty on products for any manufacturing defects or material issues that may impact the product's functionality. This one-year warranty is valid from the date of the original purchase. You can choose to receive Store Credit for the purchase amount of the product, or a replacement of the original item if available.

You will need to return the item to me to get either a new one or a store credit.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal or expected wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, or other country with Right of Withdrawal laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason at any time before delivery and within 14 days after the date you, or a third party designated by you, receive the final item in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a cancellation or return request through your customer account/order page or contact us with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, eligible products must be returned within 14 days. Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by law or agreed to by us.

Products may be inspected only to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and function. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

For an eligible withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and, where required, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs resulting from expedited, upgraded, or premium shipping selections are not refundable. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Health and Hygiene Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. Where applicable, this may include intimate wellness products and other hygiene-sensitive products supplied with a protective or hygiene seal. If you may wish to return an item, do not open, remove, or break its hygiene seal.

This right of withdrawal is separate from your legal rights regarding products that are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise not in conformity with your order.
