RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30 Day Return Policy on unopened products for Store Credit only, item must be returned prior to Store Credit being issued. Products have a one year warranty against manfucturer defects, and will be exchanged for the same item, or Store Credit for the purchase price.

Directions & care
Assemble according to the enclosed instructions, tighten every connection and place the chair on a flat, dry surface. Adjust the legs evenly, then confirm the frame, support bar and anti-skid pads are secure before use. If desired, mount the included dildo or another suction-cup toy on the lower riser. Start slowly, use the grip bar for balance and communicate throughout play.
Do not exceed the 300 lb / 136 kg supported-weight limit. Inspect the frame, straps, pads and toy before each use; stop immediately if anything feels loose, damaged or unstable.
Spot-clean the frame and straps with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry completely. Clean the TPE toy with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap or a compatible toy cleaner. Do not submerge the wired control or battery compartment. Remove batteries before cleaning or storage. Use water-based lubricant with the included toy and store all pieces clean and dry, away from heat and direct sunlight.
