RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30 Day Return Policy on unopened products for Store Credit only, item must be returned prior to Store Credit being issued. Products have a one year warranty against manfucturer defects, and will be exchanged for the same item, or Store Credit for the purchase price.

Directions:

  1. Charging:
    Charge fully before first use. While charging, the light will blink and will stay illuminated when charging is complete.

  2. Using the Air Sensation:
    To turn on air sensation, hold top (star) button for 3 seconds. To cycle through speeds and patterns, push top button. 

  3. Using the Vibration:
    To turn on vibration, hold bottom (circle) button for 3 seconds. To cycle through speeds and patterns, push bottom button.

  4. Power Off:
    To turn off, hold the star or circle button for 3 seconds until the light turns off. Confirm both lights are off before storing.

Care Instructions:

Wash before and after each use with warm water and Cleansing Mist for best results.
It's recommended you store your toys in our anti-microbial Toy Totes to keep them free of bacteria while not in use.

When storing, position toy with opening pointed downwards to ensure opening cavity dries fully.

✦ Tip: For optimal battery life, ensure the toy is turned off when not in use and recharge fully every 6 months.
