Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our product line, products are considered used once they have shipped and are non-returnable. This policy protects the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and staff. We do not accept returns.

Product Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty from the original purchase date covering manufacturing defects or material issues that affect the product’s functionality. If approved, you may choose a replacement of the original item, when available, or store credit equal to the product purchase price.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect. Disassembling the product or its accessories voids the warranty.

Shipping

Please allow 7–12 business days for shipping. Backordered products will ship as soon as they become available.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
