How do I choose the right size?
Measure your length while semi-erect. Choose the Extender whose interior depth is at least your measurement. If you fall between sizes, choose the larger size.

The size name is the Extender’s finished length, not the number of inches it adds. Exterior width describes the outside of the Extender, not its inner opening. Fit can also vary with girth and firmness.

Should I be erect or semi-erect when putting it on?
You do not need to be fully erect. Being semi-erect can make it easier to guide yourself into the sleeve. Apply a small amount of creamy lubricant inside the Extender, slide it to the base, then gently position the support loop behind the testicles.
What if I’m between sizes?
We always recommend choosing the larger size. If it leaves extra room, our Extender Insert 3 Pack lets you add one or more flexible inserts inside the sleeve to help fill the space and create a more secure fit.
What lubricant should I use?
Apply a creamy lubricant such as Whipped inside the Extender before putting it on. Apply a compatible water-based lubricant to the outside as needed, and clean the Extender after every use.
How does the Extender stay in place?
Slide the Extender to the base, then gently position the support loop behind the testicles. The loop helps keep it secure during use. Stop if the fit feels painful, numb or overly tight.
Is the tip open or closed?
The tip is closed. We recommend using the Extender as designed. Cutting or puncturing it may weaken the material, affect comfort and could impact warranty coverage. If you prefer an open-ended sleeve, email us and we can help you choose one made that way.
