How do I choose the right size?
Measure your length while soft or semi-erect, then compare it with the Interior depth column below. Choose an extender with enough room for your measured length. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size.

Dana recommends using the extender while semi-erect for the best fit. If you use it while soft, you’ll need inserts to fill the extra space and provide support. We suggest our Extender insert 3 pack. Inserts can also help fill extra room if you choose a bigger extender.

Apply a small amount of creamy lubricant inside the extender, slide it to the base, then gently position the support loop behind the testicles.
What if I’m between sizes?
We always recommend choosing the larger size. If it leaves extra room, our Extender Insert 3 Pack lets you add one or more flexible inserts inside the sleeve to help fill the space and create a more secure fit.
What lubricant should I use?
Apply a creamy lubricant such as Whipped inside the Extender before putting it on. Apply a water-based lubricant such as JO Stroker to the outside as needed. Clean before and after use with Best Toy Cleaner spray, following its directions. Regular cleaning, thorough drying, and proper storage help keep your extender in good condition for longer.
How does the Extender stay in place?
Slide the Extender to the base, then gently position the support loop behind the testicles. The loop helps keep it secure during use. Stop if the fit feels painful, numb or overly tight.
